Just as a medical first aid kit contasins band aids, bandages, antiseptic, sowing needles for stitches and possibly syringes, the Emotional First Aid Kit has a range of tools that cover the bumps and scratches of life.
The 7 combinations in the Emotional First Aid Kit are split into 3 categories – personal, social and spiritual crisis.
- There are 3 x Personal Crisis 15ml blends for events that happen to you.
- There are 3 x Social Crisis 15ml blends for ‘indirect events’ that happen in society and the world around you.
- The 7th remedy is a specially formulated ‘Spiritual rescue-type remedy’ for issues in the ‘collective ( social ) consciousness’ that affect you. This last one is used when there is no identifiable source of malaise but you feel flat or off centre for a few days when major world events happen.

The Personal Crisis 15ml & Social Crisis 15ml blends in the Emotional First Aid Kit are a barometer that measures severity of the problem. The first blend in each series is designed for minor, transient issues while the 3rd is for major, long-term issues that you need to work through.
Here is a description of when to use each blend.
- Personal Crisis 1 – Sudden bad news, upsetting events such as the loss of a loved one, etc.
- Personal Crisis 2 – Abuse, anger directed toward you or other protection issues.
- Personal Crisis 3 – Victim of crime, cyber crime / fraud or major security issues that involve police, legal system, criminals, marriage breakdown, etc.
- Social Crisis 1 – Disturbing events in the local community or media that are upsetting.
- Social Crisis 2 – Anger, protests or civil unrest in society, social upheaval, looting.
- Social Crisis 3 – Outbreak of war, breakdown of society and prolonged lawlessness, distress after natural disasters or catastrophe.
- 2025 ‘Rescue-type’ Blend – A spiritual development blend for issues ( and opportunities ) during the current year, friction during the evolution of mass consciousness.

Colors & Styles
The design of the box for the Emotional First Aid Kit is above. The design is based on the ‘flower of life’ gemotric pattern, overlapping circles that form the central design. Six petals were also added to get away from square, rectangular and circular designs that are commonly used in packaging.
Like our other display cases, the display stand comes in a range of colors and fabrics to choose from. You can also purchase it separately if you wish.
